Garlic chips. Hoki fish. Crab sticks. Battered mussels and fried bread. Everything was delicious at first, but then we got full. And everything felt and tasted extra greasy. Best advice, stop eating when full. Otherwise, fish 8/10. Battered mussels 10/10 Yum as. Crab sticks 10/10 just like at home. Garlic chips 6/10 Garlic butter plopped on top of freshly cooked chips. Leave this closed for a few minutes so the butter melts. We were hungry, we didn’t wait so it wasn’t melted. It had a marge texture. Not butter. Fried bread 7/10 needed a little longer cooking, and had no sweet in it at all, like the fry bread at hangi pit Springwood. Over-all a good Kai. $32 for what we got. That’s actually decently priced.
